The product is terrible. I too bought a size larger than I normally wear because of the sizing chart that they had online was a little vague. It has two lines with different bra and cup sizes.You're supposed to pull the top up like a bathing suit. But even though I bought the larger size, I couldn't even get it past my knees. Made me feel larger than I am. Not worth the money and a ripoff for the return. While I know that you never receive the shipping for returns. It cost less than buying it.

I even called the phone number as I found your complaints. I explained that I had found some very happy reviews ( on there web site of course), but now I saw there are quite a few complaints. I asked her to go over shipping costs with me, and I told her that $9.95 for shipping on each of these items was ridiculous. Then she offered another $10.00 off. I was still scrolling through complaints, and decided this was not worth the money. (which I really can not afford anyways.) Plus dealing with trying to return items with a company that has caused people all these problems. Thank you so much for writing your experiences to save some of us money, but most of all keeping this company from ripping off more individuals. |

Written by Ali, on 06-11-2009 16:43 This company is HORRIBLE...I bought the jeans by the size scale they gave you, and of course they were way too tight...I bought the body shaper top too, and when I tried to return them...they only refunded a third of what I paid..I tried to email them, but they give you the runaround like "only this or that is refundable...blah blah, they're completely automatic responses. And when you try to call the number, it puts you on a neverending, machine-operated circle and you never talk to a human being. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY |

I called and exchanged it for a larger size, STILL couldn't get it up passed my knees. What a waste of money, not to mention the shipping rip-off! |

I called your toll free # on 9/14 after viewing your info commercial for the New Body Shaper. I received one package on 9/19/09 5 days after I placed my order. At the time I placed my order, I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for regular delivery and I could "expedite that to 3-5" days for additional $6.95. I declined. I see you are located in Irvine, CA - approx. 40 miles from where I live. What I am complaining about is when I said I would accept the all black body shaper and said I wasn't interested in the two bottom shapers, I was told I had to take the two bottom shapers as well. Supposedly all 3 were free except for S&H. I was surprised that it would cost $9.95 S&H for each item. I said that was ridiculous and your phone person said they would take $10 off which still left 2 S&H charges of $9.95 plus the $39.95 for the nude new body shaper. I suspect out of that $39.95 - $9.95 is the shipping charge for the first item. I am reviewing your packing slip and see the following: $39.95 for the nude body shaper and 3 charges of $9.95 S&H for the BN3, TB2 and BB3 items then a minus $10.00 which totalled $58.80 then another $9.95 S&H charge plus the $6.11 tax bringing the total to $75.96. I charged this to a credit card. I am calling your promotion a ripoff which the 4 items came together in one little box weighing 1.3 lbs. There's no weight these 4 items cost nearly $40 to ship and whatever handling was involved was all in one package. I am going to write to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs to Irvine, CA and bring this to their attention. I opened the buff color body shaper and your item is way overpriced. Whether it's effective or not, I'll see as I try it on today. Sending everything back to you I have to pay for insurance and the shipping, handling and processing fees are not refundable. Great way to clean consumers' pockets under the guise of "free gifts" when ordering one body shaper. I expect a credit refund to my credit card of a minimum of $19.90 and really think it should be $29.85. Also whenever one orders something and is asked for their email, they always receive a confirmation of their order. I gave you my email address and never received any confirmaton of my order. Another irregularity. I will wait for a week to receive a favorable response and am preparing my complaint to both the Irvine Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection. Arleen |
