I too am pissed about the Kymaro body shaper. I ordered a size to big and wanted to exchange it but they want me to pay for the *** shipping again!!! NOT only do they want me to pay for shipping again but their customer service is *** too !!! They are very rude and just plain don't care about any one's problems. Also they don't even have a category to speak with a representative, to talk with anyone you have to act like your purchasing an item. I will never give my money to them EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
